Mehriors Pte Ltd ("Mehriors", "we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in mind and applies to visitors wherever they are.

What we collect

The only personal data this website collects is what you give us when you join the waitlist: your name and email address. We do not ask for your age or any other details. Standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) are processed by our hosting provider to run and secure the site.

This site is made for parents, caregivers, collectors, and fans. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has joined the waitlist, contact us and we will remove the address.

How we use it

To send you Mehriors news, new stories, and updates about upcoming Companion Toy Sets.
To operate, secure, and improve the website.

We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit the waitlist form. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set tracking cookies and does not run analytics or advertising pixels. Some page assets, such as web fonts, are loaded from third-party servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request.

Who we share it with

We use trusted third-party service providers to host the website, store the waitlist, and deliver our emails. They process your data only on our instructions and only for those purposes.

These providers may store data on servers outside Singapore. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to make sure the data receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

How long we keep it

We keep your name and email address while the waitlist and our news updates are active, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After that we remove it from our systems within a reasonable period, except where we must keep a record for legal reasons.

Security

Waitlist submissions travel over HTTPS, and access to the stored list is limited to people who need it to run Mehriors. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email we send.
Withdraw consent, or ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, by contacting us below.

We will respond to requests within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.
